I am a leadership consultant with demonstrated impact working with young professionals, leveraging instructional design skill and facilitation of experiential journeys and mentoring. I am currently pursuing MS in Organizational Change Management from The New School in New York City.

I Support mission driven organizations in maximizing their social impact.
Over the past six years, I have designed and facilitated fellowship and internship programs, residential and non-residential workshops in rural and urban settings with young professionals in the education, non-profit and corporations. I have coached, supervised, and engaged with more than 500 young adults from India, UK, USA, Australia, Germany, and Afghanistan on their "self-to-society" leadership journeys.
A Zolberg - IRC Learning and Development Fellow, I enjoy ideation, holding conflict resolution spaces and bringing people together. He enthusiastically believes in forming cross-border connections, fostering empathy, and creating immersive experiences for young adults.
